The rules for the Medicare demonstration project will be clearly and accurately communicated. These include what services are covered and for what diagnoses, proper modifiers for E&M, lab, radiology and physical therapy modalities as well as who can and can not perform these services. The Medicare Plan of Care requirement and incident-to services will be discussed.


Documenting to Get Paid

This course outlines what documentation the insurance companies are expecting before they pay your bill. Discussion regarding how to document medical necessity, how to develop a plan of care, documenting examination findings and detail requirements for daily soap notes are included. Common formats and common mistakes are also identified. This course is give by a certified claims reviewer.
